In order to use the online appointment booking service, ordering of repeat prescriptions or to access your Summary Care Record online you will first require a user name and password which one of our receptionist will be happy to provide you with.
Please Note: Contact the Surgery if you would like to book an appointment with our Nurse or for Minor Surgery, Accupuncture and Health Checks e.g. HGV medicals, insurance medicals, firearms, foster caring etc. as these appointments will require longer time slots than are available to book online.
PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer taking on new patients as our list is full. Please refer to the NHS Choices website for more information on local practices who you can register with.

Wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp near the front entrance. The ramp also allows access to the treatment room from outside in an emergency. Patient services are provided at ground floor level and a disabled patients' WC is sited near the front entrance. Should you require assistance in accessing the premises please let our reception staff know and they will meet you at the entrance. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider suggestions for improvement.
